his work „Proposal of strategy of penetration new products of ABB on the Czech market“ considers with appropriate strategy of penetration and sales terminal blocks on the Czech market with goal to achieve 10 % market share in the short time period, the order of several years. The analytical part of work contains an analysis of current status company, market and competition. On the basis of this analysis and theoretical groundwork, recommends appropriate strategy and precautions to improve competitiveness and obtain new customers. The work also includes income trading for the year 2009 and part of 2010.

Master’s thesis is focused on business development of the Rajnošek s. r. o. company. This thesis is divided into four parts. At the beginning there is a description of the problem and there is also introduced the main aim of this thesis and related aims. The next part includes theoretical statements on which the practical part is based on. The practical part deals with issue of the basic information about chosen company and its analysis of current status. At the final part of this thesis are presented the proposals which should guarantee new customers and reduce the seasonal risks.

This part deals with the marketing in general and outlines the process of the strategic marketing planning. In the second, practical part of the thesis the theoretical knowledge is applied practically. There is the current market position analysis and the company´s marketing strategy. Based on this analysis and theoretical findings, the suitable measures to improve the competitive position of the company are recommended.

The master thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behavior in the fitness market. The theoretical part introduces marketing, its basic concepts and marketing environment. Furthermore, the thesis deals with consumer behavior and delimitation of its terms. In the last theoretical part the thesis deals with the marketing mix of services. Theoretical knowledge is applied to the fitness center Mišmaš, which is analyzed in the next part of the thesis in terms of external and internal environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The analytical part includes a questionnaire survey of the fitness center Mišmaš, whose results, including other analyzes, serve as a basis for the proposal part of the work with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current situation of a company by analysing the internal and external environment, and offer valuable solutions for better impact including improving its position in the market. The selected company is called HZT Technik - servis a.s. located in Milin, and is engaged in sales, repairs and other services for agricultural machines. The company, its main activities and history are described. The necessary information was provided by the company itself and from the professional literature. The gained knowledge is valuable for understanding the issue and for analyses. To achieve the goal the Porter's five forces, financial analysis and swot analysis were used. The results of individual analyses have been summarized and were used to advise solutions for improving the current situation as defined.
